Anritsu Group to Exhibit at TECHNO-FRONTIER 2026

Anritsu Corporation (President: Koichi Hamada) will exhibit DEWETRON products from the Anritsu Group at the 'TECHNO-FRONTIER 2026 Motor Technology Expo,' to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from July 15, 2026.

Under the theme 'Don’t Limit Motor Evaluation to Power Alone,' this exhibition will introduce DEWETRON’s synchronized measurement solution, which acquires and analyzes electrical, mechanical, control, and environmental data on the same time axis, starting from power analysis.

When evaluating motors and inverters, it is essential to analyze diverse data such as voltage, current, power, rotational speed, torque, vibration, temperature, and CAN signals in correlation. DEWETRON enables high-precision synchronized acquisition of various signals, visualizing when, under what conditions, and why anomalies occur, thereby accelerating root cause analysis and improving development efficiency.

Additionally, within the same exhibition, Takasago Testing & Consulting Inc., a member of the Anritsu Group, will participate in the 'Power System Expo.' At the Takasago booth, they will present the 'Power HIL Solution,' which controls power sources using simulation models.

1. Power Analysis + Multi-Signal Synchronized Measurement

In addition to voltage, current, and power, various data such as rotational speed, torque, vibration, temperature, CAN, and video are acquired and analyzed on the same time axis.

By correlating power analysis with mechanical, control, and environmental data, factors causing efficiency drops, power fluctuations, vibration, and noise can be rapidly identified.

Furthermore, the system supports FFT/STFT and order analysis, visualizing frequency components, time variations, and vibration components synchronized with rotational speed.

2. Modular Measurement System Configurable by Application

DEWETRON’s measurement system is composed of chassis, TRION/TRION3 measurement modules, and OXYGEN measurement software.

It can be flexibly expanded according to application and required channel count, supporting bench testing, real-machine testing, in-vehicle measurement, field measurement, and distributed measurement.

3. All-in-One Measurement Software 'OXYGEN'

OXYGEN integrates data acquisition, recording, visualization, analysis, post-processing, and report generation into a single software platform.

Equipped with functions such as power analysis, FFT analysis, order analysis, and efficiency mapping, it enables direct analysis of synchronized data. By eliminating the need to transfer data between different instruments and software, it accelerates the cycle of root cause analysis and hypothesis verification.

Moreover, recorded data can be post-processed on another PC without requiring a license, enabling team-wide sharing of measurement and analysis results.

4. Application Examples in Advanced Fields

Case studies from the automotive, aerospace, and railway sectors utilizing DEWETRON’s synchronized measurement solutions will be presented.

Power HIL Solution

The Power HIL Solution will be introduced, which controls Takasago’s bidirectional DC power supply 'RZ-X2 Series' via dSPACE’s HIL simulator 'SCALEXIO.'

Using the customer’s simulation model and Anritsu’s power supply control model, it reproduces real-machine-like power behavior within the test environment.

Additionally, selected measurement and test solutions from the Aim-TTi brand, which Anritsu began domestic sales of in May, will also be introduced.
