Anritsu Supports Production Expansion and Mass Production Stabilization for Tamagawa Electronics Vietnam

Anritsu Corporation (President: Hirokazu Hamada) announced that TAMAGAWA ELECTRONICS VIETNAM CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as Tamagawa Electronics Vietnam), a manufacturer of high-frequency wireless communication equipment, has adopted Anritsu's MS2850A Spectrum Analyzer/Signal Analyzer to expand its production of wireless communication infrastructure equipment. Furthermore, Anritsu supported the establishment of an automated testing system and the stabilization of mass production at the company.

In recent years, against the backdrop of the expanding wireless communication infrastructure market, Tamagawa Electronics Vietnam has been required to respond to stricter communication quality demands along with the expansion of its production scale. This production expansion is the largest ever for the company, and there was a possibility that maintaining a stable mass production system would become a challenge with conventional testing and verification methods.

To address these challenges, the company began building an automated testing system capable of enhancing the reproducibility of production-oriented tests and consistently guaranteeing quality. In this initiative, Anritsu supported the early establishment of the automated testing system not only by providing measuring instruments but also through technical support for system construction and operational integration.

As a result, the company constructed an automated testing system in a short period, suppressing variation between products and realizing a stable testing environment. This has enabled them to simultaneously meet the stringent quality requirements demanded for wireless communication infrastructure products and improve production efficiency, and the production lines have continued to operate stably even after the launch of mass production.
