While operating the beauty salon "Oasis Ankh" in Sapporo, Hokkaido (entering its 23rd year in June 2026), I have been involved in the beauty industry for over 30 years. The beauty profession is not just about enhancing outward appearance; it's also about supporting people through their lives.
Many clients visit the salon at turning points in their lives or when facing troubles. During these times, I have come to feel that "beauty has the power to support people's hearts."
From these experiences, I advocate for the concept of "Total Balance Beauty," which values the harmony of beauty, health, and mind.
In recent years, opportunities to interact with women from overseas have further increased. And I have keenly realized once again that even with differences in culture, religion, and social background, there are many commonalities in the values women cherish and their aspirations for life.

Last year's April Dream also shared about this challenge.
Since then,

・Established a new Arabian Healing Esthetic service at our salon.
・Held mini exchange meetings for Arab and Japanese women.

Someday, I envision a scene where Japanese and Arab women drink tea in an Arabian cafe in Cairo or Dubai, listening to the call to prayer, and discussing the future.
Japanese and Arab women share many commonalities, such as cherishing family and having the strength to live positively even in difficult times.
I believe that by connecting women who share such values, a new form of international exchange will emerge.
In Japan, there is a word called "Kotodama" (spirit of words).
A dream spoken with sincere words gradually paves the way to reality.
This small dream begins in Hokkaido, and I hope it will someday spread to Cairo, Dubai, and then to the world.
Future Activities
From now on, we aim to foster a network that can host exchange events and wellness programs in various locations in the Arab world (mainly Dubai and Egypt), where Japanese and Arab women can meet and discuss life, careers, and culture.
Furthermore, to facilitate these activities and other operations, we have decided to establish a base in Tokyo.
We will also focus on creating opportunities for exchange utilizing online platforms.
Starting in May 2026, we plan to sequentially roll out online exchange events and wellness programs connecting Japanese and Arab women.
Additionally, by utilizing Instagram to relay information on the cultures, values, and lifestyles of both regions, we will promote continuous mutual understanding and community building.
