2026 marks the 40th anniversary of the 'Bonobono' manga serialization and the 10th anniversary of its TV anime broadcast! To commemorate 'Bonobono Day' on May 17, which originates from the date the first chapter was published in 1986, Animax will implement a special program lineup. The anime marathon will feature a selection of popular episodes. Furthermore, an original program summarizing the work's history and its current global popularity will be produced. In addition, to celebrate the broadcast, a campaign will be held where two lucky winners will receive a limited-edition catalog from the special exhibition in Korea, signed by Mikio Igarashi himself!
