(Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director Shingo Noda, hereinafter Anicom General Insurance), which holds the No. 1 share in pet insurance (*), will open "Pet Hotel JARVIS Tokyo (hereinafter, "the Hotel")" in Minato-ku, Tokyo on April 17, 2026. The Hotel aims to provide unique peace of mind and services, made possible by its collaboration with "JARVIS Animal Medical Center Tokyo," a highly advanced emergency medical facility located within the same building.

■Health Check-ups Also Available During Stay. Services Made Possible by Collaboration with Veterinary Hospital
The Hotel is a pet hotel established within the same building as "JARVIS Animal Medical Center Tokyo," which is operated by our company. In the unlikely event that a pet's condition changes during their stay, we have established an environment where we can collaborate with the medical facility to provide appropriate medical care. Owners can use this facility as a safe place to entrust their beloved dogs when they are away from home for travel or business trips.
*Please note that in principle, all fees for examinations, treatments, and other costs incurred with the use of the medical facility will be borne by the pet owner. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
Furthermore, upon request, pets can undergo health check-ups at "JARVIS Animal Medical Center Tokyo" during their stay. We turn the time entrusted to us into an opportunity to reassess your beloved dog's health.

■Indoor Dog Run Included, Creating a Relaxed Environment
The design of this hotel is based on the image of a serene, classic hotel.
It features a spacious indoor dog run (approx. 65㎡), providing a space where dogs of all sizes, from small to large, can freely exercise regardless of weather or temperature. During their stay, staff with extensive knowledge and experience in animal care will provide daytime supervision, prioritizing the creation of a stress-free environment by carefully monitoring changes in physical condition, diet, and behavior.
Furthermore, a monitoring system for safety management has been established, creating an environment where hotel staff can check the situation. Under this monitoring system*, which can detect changes in physical condition and behavior, we will take responsible care of your pet.
*While a monitoring system is in place within the facility, hotel staff are not stationed overnight (from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM the next day). Therefore, overnight stays are not based on continuous observation or immediate response by staff.

■Pre-opening Facility Tour Allowing Dogs to Accompany Owners Will Be Held
To ensure pet owners and their dogs can feel more at ease using our facility as a trusted place for their pets, we will hold pre-opening facility tours.
Period: April 10 (Fri) - April 12 (Sun)
Time: Morning sessions 10:30, 11:00, 11:30, 12:00
Afternoon sessions 14:00, 14:30, 15:00, 15:30
Each session is 30 minutes, limited to 3 groups / up to 4 people and 2 dogs per group

・Regarding accompanying dogs
*Limited to dogs that have received vaccinations and flea/tick prevention.
*Please bring your own drinking water for your dog.
*When taking your dog out of its carrier inside the venue, please ensure it is on a leash and wearing manners wear.
*If you are bringing a cart or buggy, please be considerate not to block aisles or inconvenience other customers. Also, during facility tours, we may ask you to hold your dog or place it in a portable carrier instead of a cart. While a cart storage area is planned, please manage your valuables yourself.
*Our company will not be held responsible for any troubles involving animals within the venue, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence. Furthermore, even in cases of our slight negligence, we will not be responsible for damages exceeding the normal scope of occurrence or damages arising from special circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
*We do not offer temporary animal daycare.
