Anfini Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Jun Hashimoto) held its 2026 entrance ceremony at the Mitsui Garden Hotel Roppongi Premier on April 1, 2026.

This year, we welcomed new employees across a total of 5 professions, including consultants and brand directors, and took a new first step with our new colleagues who will carry the future of our company.

Concept: 'Orbit' This year's entrance ceremony was designed with the concept of 'Orbit'.

The ceremony was structured as a starting point where the orbits that each new employee with diverse backgrounds has traveled intersect with the orbit that Anfini has drawn so far, creating new value from there.

Individual orbits overlap, and a new story begins to move. It became a time that firmly engraved that beginning.

Three Themes Embedded in Executives' Speeches: 'Bond, Heat, Color' During the ceremony, congratulatory speeches were given to the new employees by the executive team, including CEO Jun Hashimoto.

Inviting special guests, the speeches were delivered by each executive with their own thoughts on the three themes that symbolize Anfini's values: 'Bond', 'Color', and 'Heat'.
