Full Program Details (Please see below if you are interested in the specifics) ────────────────────────────── [Lecture Abstract] In battery electrode manufacturing and ceramic molding, slight differences in the dispersion state of the slurry are major factors in yield loss and quality variation. However, it is not easy to accurately grasp the actual dispersion state in high-particle-concentration slurries. Furthermore, systematic guidelines for predicting changes that occur in the slurry during the molding process and optimizing preparation conditions are not sufficiently organized. This lecture will organize the physicochemical factors governing dispersion and aggregation from the basics and explain the concepts of evaluation methods, including those for concentrated systems. Furthermore, through application examples in molding processes, we will provide practical perspectives that lead to process stabilization and improved product performance.
