AndTech Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kawasaki, Kanagawa; President & CEO: Masao Suyama; hereinafter AndTech) will launch a 'Lithium-Ion Battery Dry Process' course as part of its Zoom lecture series for R&D development support. In response to the recent growing need for problem-solving in the dry processing of lithium-ion batteries, this course will feature leading instructors.

Starting with the basics, merits, and demerits of the dry process, and an explanation of materials (mainly binders), the course will introduce the potential of the dry electrode process. Key topics include the dry process as a manufacturing method for all-solid-state batteries, the influence of mixing methods in the fabrication of battery electrodes using dry processes, and keywords such as graphene, expected to be a conductive additive, and lithium-sulfur secondary batteries (Li-S batteries).

This course is scheduled to start on May 14, 2026. Details: https://andtech.co.jp/seminars/1f12e32e-76fc-6526-bc19-064fb9a95405
