"The Butcher Bar" was born as a sister restaurant to Waikiki's steakhouse "Aloha Steak House." This bar & restaurant, where you can casually enjoy meat dishes carefully prepared in the in-house aging cellar, is now making its first appearance in Japan. The brand was born from the desire to make full use of the "high-quality cuts" that are inevitably generated during the trimming process (meat shaping) when providing the best dish at a steakhouse, giving it a sustainable background. At this event, we will deliver a variety of signature menus that maximize the potential of the ingredients and embody the brand concept.

A luxurious patty made from coarsely ground premium steak meats such as ribeye, tenderloin, and strip loin, intentionally leaving some texture. For the binder, we used rich "bone marrow (beef marrow)," known as the "butter of meat" for its creamy sweetness and deep flavor. The sweetness of the slowly sautéed onions further enhances the overflowing umami of the meat, creating a truly indulgent gourmet burger "for eating meat." Please enjoy it with a side of french fries.
