GLOBAL WORK, a brand operated by Adastria Co., Ltd. under the and ST HD Group, will launch a collaboration collection with SATELLITE CRAYON PROJECT on June 5, 2026. SATELLITE CRAYON PROJECT is an initiative that encourages interest in Earth through colors seen from satellites in space. GLOBAL WORK’s brand color, blue, is derived from the Earth as seen from space, known as the “BLUE MARBLE.” This resonated with SATELLITE CRAYON PROJECT, which communicates the diversity of Earth’s colors through crayons, leading to the creation of a special collection. The lineup includes nine product types, such as T-shirts in Earth-inspired colors, kids’ T-shirts printed with crayon artwork, tote bags, and PC cases. Pre-orders will begin on May 12 through the official online store and ST. The collaboration concept is “See the world through your clothes.” The project expresses the beautiful colors that exist on Earth through apparel and proposes an experience of seeing, wearing, and feeling those colors. The key feature of the collection is SATELLITE CRAYON PROJECT’s approach to color. The project recreates the natural colors of Earth captured in satellite photographs and marks each crayon with the latitude and longitude of the location where that color was collected. The reasons behind why a place has a particular color may be connected to Earth’s mysteries or environmental changes. These “colors without names, but with reasons” have been faithfully translated into apparel and goods, creating a lineup designed to spark curiosity in both children and adults. The products and store displays also include mechanisms that encourage intellectual curiosity, with the aim of expanding interest in the world beyond simply wearing clothes. Each product includes a two-dimensional barcode that links to a page explaining the story behind the color. Some large stores will feature interactive POP displays: when customers flip over a color labeled only with latitude and longitude, a satellite image of the location that inspired the color appears. At the flagship GLOBAL WORK GINZA store, two interactive events will be held. The first is an in-store quiz rally in which visitors explore POP displays from the basement first floor to the second floor and guess where on Earth each color comes from. Customers who submit answers will receive a limited, non-sale SATELLITE CRAYON PROJECT sketchbook while supplies last. The second is a large coloring event where participants can use the “Sea Crayons,” “Mountain Crayons,” and “Lake Crayons” to freely color a giant illustration, collectively creating a one-of-a-kind Earth artwork. “SATELLITE CRAYON PROJECT with GLOBAL WORK” will open for pre-orders sequentially from 10:00 a.m. on May 12, 2026, with the main launch beginning sequentially from 10:00 a.m. on June 5, 2026. The collection will be available at all GLOBAL WORK stores, the official and ST online store, ZOZOTOWN, and Rakuten Fashion. The product lineup includes unisex color T-shirts using “Lake Crayon” colors and printed with the longitude and latitude of the source location; unisex graphic T-shirts using “Sea Crayon” colors; line socks inspired by sea, mountain, and lake colors; color caps embroidered with coordinates; colorful tote bags; PC cases with color schemes representing sea, mountain, and lake; zip bag sets in three sizes; and kids’ color and graphic T-shirts using “Mountain Crayon” colors. Prices range from 990 yen to 4,490 yen including tax. SATELLITE CRAYON PROJECT is a color brand launched by SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation, a space business company, that works with the colors of Earth as seen from satellites. Through colors captured in satellite images taken from space, the project aims to communicate the richness of color and encourage people to become interested in and fond of Earth. Its first product, “Sea Crayons,” has received numerous awards in Japan and overseas, including major global design awards, the Japan Stationery Award, and the Good Design Award. A defining feature is that each color is intentionally left unnamed and instead labeled with the latitude and longitude of the location where the color was collected. GLOBAL WORK is a “Good Feeling Wear” brand that values comfort and likeability, offering clothing that makes people want to meet the people they care about and smile more with their loved ones. As of the end of April 2026, the brand operates 229 stores in Japan and 25 overseas stores, including online stores. Adastria Co., Ltd. operates more than 40 brands, including GLOBAL WORK, niko and..., and LOWRYS FARM, with approximately 1,500 stores in Japan and overseas. The and ST HD Group is a multi-company group consisting of Adastria, Element Rule, BUZZWIT, zetton, and ST, and ST Logistics, WeOur, and others. It aims to become a “Play fashion!” platformer that expands the excitement of fashion in Japan and internationally.
