Practical business representatives from various industries in Shizuoka Prefecture, including logistics, construction, nursing care, education, and e-commerce, participated in the program. Answering the call of 'We are interested in generative AI, but don't know where to start,' this practical program was designed to ensure that every participant could envision how to apply AI to their own work and successfully start utilizing AI on the front lines.

The AX Produce business is a comprehensive production service that enables companies to realize AI-driven business transformation (AX = AI Transformation) in an ideal manner. It is a comprehensive service that goes beyond mere support for AI tool implementation; it reconstructs the company's business model itself on the premise of AI, creating a sustainable competitive advantage. After deeply interviewing the company about management issues and frontline operational processes, we provide end-to-end hands-on support, from selecting the optimal AI technology to implementation, and finally fostering integration and education within the organizational culture.

Program Contents
This program goes beyond simply 'learning knowledge' by adopting a hands-on format where participants operate AI tools on the spot every session. The program was designed to increase in difficulty and practicality with each session, culminating in a final session where participants presented use cases for their own companies. In addition to the 10-hour program consisting of four 2.5-hour sessions, a free networking event was held for interested participants after the first session. It functioned as a valuable space for connections and information exchange among the participating companies.

Session 1: Generative AI Basics & Creating Application Concepts
Started with a proper understanding of what generative AI is, what it can do, and what it cannot do. Through basic hands-on exercises, participants systematically learned the 'Three Major Skills' essential for business application while actually operating the tools. It was a careful first step towards using AI.

Session 2: Generative AI Practice
Moving to more practical content while reviewing assignments from the previous session. After grasping the strengths and weaknesses of generative AI, participants practiced crafting accurate instructions (prompts). They honed their skills enjoyably through a prompt quiz format and solidified their 'image of mastering AI' through practical demonstrations of ChatGPT.

Session 3: Various Generative AI Workshops
A broad experience of multifunctional AIs including ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM, and image/audio generation tools. Participants learned the characteristics of each tool, operated them, and engaged in a business application workshop to brainstorm 'which specific tasks in our company can this be used for.'

Session 4: Results Presentation & Feedback
Building on the learnings from the previous three sessions, each participant presented the use cases they had worked on for their own companies. The program concluded with everything from preparing for presentations within groups to receiving feedback from instructors and fellow participants. It became a venue for participants to share their initiatives with each other, sparking new ideas and opportunities for collaboration.
