Anamne Begins Partnership with Sundrug

■ What is "Ouchi Byoin"?

"Ouchi Byoin" (Home Hospital) is an online medical service that supports everyone as a life partner, from online medical consultations to medical advice and health management, based on online medical care.

You can receive consultations even on weekends, holidays, early mornings, or late evenings (currently 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM) when general hospitals and clinics are closed. Consultations start at the reserved time, and a maximum of 15 minutes of consultation time is secured, allowing you to consult and receive medical attention from a doctor with peace of mind. Therefore, over 90% of users are working individuals, making it a convenient service for those busy with work.

For prescription pickup, we partner with major dispensing pharmacies and drugstores with dispensing pharmacies, which have stable types and quantities of inventory. Prescriptions are automatically transmitted, allowing patients to set the pickup location according to their schedule for the day, such as near their home, workplace, or even a hotel they are staying at. This makes the service particularly easy to use for those who are busy with work during hospital hours or those with small children who have previously found it difficult to visit hospitals and clinics.

■ Prescription pickup now available at nearby "Sundrug Dispensing Pharmacies"

Sundrug's dispensing pharmacies are community-based pharmacies that provide prescription dispensing, sales of OTC medicines, and health consultations in an integrated manner, backed by a drugstore network of 1,542 stores nationwide (consolidated for the fiscal year ending March 2025). They comprehensively support patients' health management as local "family pharmacies."

Many dispensing stores also have drugstores attached, increasing convenience as customers can pick up medicines prescribed through online consultations and simultaneously shop for daily necessities.

This partnership with Sundrug will further enhance the convenience of "Ouchi Byoin."
