ANA Facilities Co., Ltd. ANA Facilities has previously participated as a sub-asset manager in real estate funds targeting logistics facilities, office buildings, and residences, accumulating experience and expertise. As a result, we have now been entrusted with our first main asset management role for a bulk rental residence portfolio.

This fund was established with a focus on Sumitomo's "S-RESIDENCE" series of rental condominiums, targeting high-quality rental residences located in major Japanese cities such as Tokyo, Nagoya, and Kobe. As the sub-asset manager, we will work closely with our partners, including Aozora Real Estate Investment Advisors Co., Ltd., who will jointly handle asset management, and Sumitomo Property Management Co., Ltd., who will handle property management, to maximize the asset value and profitability of the target properties.

ANA Facilities aims to acquire multifaceted business opportunities in the real estate sector and will continue to actively promote its asset management business as the core of its real estate operations.

In the future, we will leverage our strength as the ANA Group's sole real estate company to expand into unique asset types and provide asset management services that meet the trust of our investors.
