This event is a collaboration with "Sawaki Gym," a personal gym also based in Takadanobaba. It is an unprecedented mind-body refreshment program that combines authentic lessons by professional trainers with space production using carefully selected aromas from our shop.

Nature and Sawaki Gym, both supporting people's health and affluent lifestyles in Takadanobaba, empathized with the voices of companies wanting to create an environment where employees can work healthily and vibrantly, and decided to hold this cross-industry collaboration to address the specific challenges faced by employees such as "long hours of desk work," "lack of exercise," and "eye strain."

[Authentic Training Instruction by Sawaki Gym]

Authentic training instruction will be provided by Kazutaka Sawaki, the operator of "Sawaki Gym" based in Takadanobaba and supervisor for "Tarzan" magazine. With the concept of "turning everyday movements into exercise," we will deliver specialized menus that can be easily incorporated into daily life without strain.
