Workshop image: "Fitness Monster Exercises Where Everyday Life Becomes Training"
Ethical select shop "Nature Takadanobaba" (operated by AN Inc.) will hold the "Fitness Monster Exercises Where Everyday Life Becomes Training" workshop on Sunday, April 12, 2026. In recent years, with increasing beauty consciousness and the rise of remote work, conscious exercise and fitness have become essential. However, many find it difficult to incorporate exercise habits due to work, household chores, and childcare. This event will explain how to turn "everyday movements into training" based on the principles of "no strain" and "habit formation." The first half will feature mini-lectures by trainers to impart knowledge, followed by a hands-on exercise experience in the latter half.
Nature, which proposes a "mindful lifestyle" from within through aromas and organic products, is collaborating with Sawaki Gym, which operates personal gyms in the Takadanobaba/Waseda area, to propose new health habits that harmonize both "inner care (inner care & mental care)" and "outer care (exercise & training)."
"Child-rearing households" and "those whose workplaces do not offer exercise initiatives" tend to be more prone to lack of exercise According to a survey by the Sports Agency, "For employed individuals, there is a significant difference in the rate of sports participation of one day or more per week depending on whether or not 'initiatives utilizing exercise and sports' are implemented at the workplace." In other words, "child-rearing households (ages 20-50)" and "those whose workplaces do not offer exercise initiatives" tend to be more prone to lack of exercise.
