Amutus Changes Name to 'MechaComic, Inc.' and Relocates Headquarters to Jinbocho, the 'Town of Books'

Amutus Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Takashi Kodama), which operates the electronic comic distribution service 'MechaComic (MechaComi)', will change its company name to 'MechaComic, Inc.' effective April 1, 2026, and will relocate its headquarters to Front Place Kanda Jinbocho (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo).

Since our establishment in 2013, we have grown along with various internet business ventures. Moving forward, we will concentrate our management resources even more on our core electronic comic business, and as 'MechaComic, Inc.', we will contribute to the further development of the manga industry in Japan and around the world.

Simultaneously, we will relocate our office to Jinbocho, the town of books, to further strengthen our connection with publishing culture.
