Members of the university newspaper club, at the suggestion of Vice President Minato Ensei, decide to cover a secret festival, a closely guarded secret, said to be held on Mikonoshima, an island forbidden to non-residents during summer vacation. Thanks to the arrangements made by Fugawara Junpei, who is from the island, special permission for coverage was granted. The coverage team includes Ensei's stepsister Shion, club president Akane Yukima, and Akane's twin sister Moene.
The five appear to be getting along well and harmoniously, but in reality, Ensei and Shion, despite being siblings, have a suspicious relationship. Akane, who has feelings for Ensei, is jealous of this, and her younger sister Moene resents her older sister, who is an honor student and constantly looks down on her.
After a long boat trip, the five land on the island with excited hearts, only to find that the island is an incredibly remote area where cell phones don't work, and Wi-Fi is only available at the village office!
