Amada Formulates Mid-Term Management Plan 2030 "Transform to AMADA 2030"

Amada Co., Ltd. has formulated its "Mid-Term Management Plan 2030," a five-year strategy running until fiscal 2030. Under the slogan "Transform to AMADA 2030," the company aims to enhance its competitive edge through production innovation and advanced technology. The plan includes a 150 billion JPY growth investment in R&D, M&A, and AI/DX, along with over 250 billion JPY allocated for shareholder returns. Amada targets net sales of 520 billion JPY, operating profit of 73 billion JPY, and a ROE of over 10% by 2030.
