Notice Regarding Executive Officer Appointments

Amada Co., Ltd. (Isehara, Kanagawa, President and CEO Takaaki Yamanashi) announces that it has decided on executive officer appointments for key functions as part of its next mid-term management plan starting in fiscal year 2026.

Under the new system, to respond swiftly to changes in the market environment, we will introduce a "Business Unit (BU) System" that clarifies responsibilities and authority for each business. We will also implement a "Matrix Organization" where these businesses serve as the "vertical axis," and "regions," "functions," and "new business development" that cross these businesses are placed on the "horizontal axis." This will enable rapid information sharing and collaboration across organizational boundaries, maximizing resource optimization and synergistic effects between businesses.
