By doing so, it creates an environment where these corporations can receive social recognition from employees, job seekers, related companies, and financial institutions.
This system has two categories: the "Large Enterprise Category" for large-scale corporations and the "SME Category" for small and medium-scale corporations.
Once certified as an "Outstanding Health and Productivity Management Organization," a company can use the official logo mark and receive various incentives from local governments and financial institutions.
The Outstanding Health and Productivity Management Organization Certification System started its first public call in 2016 when the system was announced. The certified corporations for the "Outstanding Health and Productivity Management Organization 2017" in both categories were announced in February of the following year.
