Notice Regarding Fire Insurance Agency Services at the Time of Housing Loan Contract

Altius Link, Inc. (Location: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masatoshi Naya; hereinafter referred to as "our company") announced that as of July 1, 2026, it will become a joint agent handling the exclusive fire insurance (Tough! Sumai no Hoken) offered to customers utilizing housing loans from au Jibun Bank Corporation (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kenji Tanaka; hereinafter referred to as "au Jibun Bank"). With this, our company will commence operations related to the application procedures and inquiries for this fire insurance.

As a member of the KDDI Group, our company has been providing insurance agency services for approximately 50 years, possessing extensive practical experience and high expertise.

We will propose diverse insurance products in an easy-to-understand manner and support customers in selecting appropriate coverage tailored to their needs.

We have established a comprehensive system from contract procedures to after-sales follow-up, and we will support each customer with meticulous attention.

Furthermore, our strengths lie in our customer response capabilities cultivated through operating contact centers, which is our core business, our operational response capabilities in the back-office domain, and our operational know-how gained from supporting over 1,300 companies. By integrating these expertise and operational quality, we will provide peace of mind and trust to our customers over the long term through our insurance agency services.

au Jibun Bank's housing loans offer robust services, including generous coverage options for group credit life insurance such as pair loans with joint life insurance, and rapid screening speeds with preliminary screening responses as quick as the same day, with approximately 91% of customers who have contracted satisfied (Note 1).

Additionally, in January 2025, we are expanding our services in response to changes in the housing purchase environment, such as extending the housing loan repayment period to a maximum of 50 years. We will continue to strive for further service improvements to meet our customers' needs.

As joint recruitment agents, our company and au Jibun Bank will promote initiatives to provide services that are even more attuned to our customers than before.

(Note 1) Based on a survey conducted from April 1, 2022, to March 31, 2025, targeting customers who contracted au Jibun Bank's housing loans.
