This marks our 12th consecutive award since our first participation in the 2014 fiscal year.

●What is House of the Year Organized by the General Foundation Japan Center for Regional Development, this system recognizes outstanding homes that contribute to energy saving and CO2 reduction by considering the building envelope and equipment as a whole. Its purpose is to promote environmental load reduction through energy saving and the realization of comfortable living spaces. The 【Special Excellence Award】, received this time, is the award next in rank to the Grand Prize and is presented to housing products whose initiatives in promoting energy-saving, high-airtightness, and high-insulation homes, as well as ZEH promotion, have been highly evaluated. For our company, this is the fourth time we have received the Special Excellence Award in our 12-year history of winning.
