Pastel x Gion Tsujiri: New 'Matcha Latte Pudding' to Launch for a Limited Time

All Hearts Company Inc. is launching the 'Gion Tsujiri Kaoru Matcha Latte Pudding' under its 'Pastel' brand starting May 1, 2026. This marks the third consecutive year of collaboration with the historic Kyoto-based tea merchant Gion Tsujiri. This year's product specifically targets the flavor of a 'matcha latte,' blending the subtle bitterness of matcha with creamy milk. The limited-edition pudding combines Pastel's signature smooth texture with Gion Tsujiri's aromatic matcha. It will be available at Pastel stores nationwide for 540 yen (including tax) throughout May.
