Background of the Event

In a rapidly changing business environment, both an "organizational culture that continuously fosters challenges" and "young talent development" are indispensable for sustainable corporate growth. Graduated from Toyo University, Faculty of Law, Department of Business Law in 1993, and joined "Gyro Inc.," which operates Curry House CoCo Ichibanya. Utilizing the independent system, he became independent in December 1996 at the age of 26 and established Sky-Scraper Inc. Currently manages 29 CoCo Ichibanya stores in 1 metropolitan area and 9 prefectures, 2 Ramen Sensō stores, and 1 beauty salon.

Rino Morosawa

Joined "CoCo Ichibanya Midori Ward Nakayama Store" as a part-time employee in her first year of high school in 2017. She reached the finals of the "National Customer Service Contest" held the following year. In 2021, she became the 16th youngest person to achieve the highly difficult qualification "CoCo-Spe 'Star'." At the celebration party for this achievement, then-President Nishimaki made the bold decision to appoint her as the "next president." She was appointed Representative Director and President in May 2024 and holds the position to this day.
