Aldagram Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Hikaru Nagahama; hereinafter referred to as Aldagram) announces that the field DX service "KANNA" has been selected by Minato Ward, Tokyo (Mayor: Ai Seike; hereinafter referred to as Minato Ward) to be implemented at its regional city offices (5 locations) starting April 1, 2026.
### Challenges and Background
In the Community Development Section of Minato Ward, while a limited number of staff manages a wide variety of civil engineering facilities, the complexity of data sharing with multiple stakeholders and business stagnation due to person-dependent information management had become issues. In addition, there was a demand to create a system that enables smooth information sharing among stakeholders, not only for peacetime operational efficiency but also for rapid infrastructure recovery during disasters.
Under such circumstances, "KANNA" was selected for a proof-of-concept experiment because it can be operated intuitively regardless of IT skills, and it can complete information coordination, including the sharing of field photos and materials, without complicated procedures.
### Results
In the proof-of-concept experiment, we confirmed that the operability and functions of "KANNA" are suitable for local government practices. In addition, it demonstrated a certain level of utilization potential for eliminating wasteful communication among stakeholders, coordinating with external parties, improving peacetime operational efficiency, and speeding up information transmission during disasters.
Furthermore, in a questionnaire given to the staff and related parties of each regional city office who were involved in the proof-of-concept experiment, positive evaluations were obtained regarding the ease of sharing photos and materials using "KANNA" and the rapid information sharing among stakeholders.
Based on the knowledge gained through the proof-of-concept experiment, the full-scale implementation of "KANNA" will begin at five regional city offices in Minato Ward on April 1, 2026.
### Comment from the Person in Charge
**Ms. Yoko Iizuka, Civil Engineering Subsection Chief, Community Development Section, Azabu Regional City Office, Minato Ward**
The Community Development Section handles many construction projects every day, and the complicated communication and coordination with stakeholders and the management of an enormous amount of photo data had become a heavy burden. When we introduced "KANNA" through the proof-of-concept experiment, we realized that we could share information in real time, and the frequency of emails and phone calls drastically decreased. In the questionnaire, 100% of the respondents said that it "leads to operational efficiency," and we were convinced that it is an indispensable tool for improving on-site productivity. Therefore, we have decided to fully implement it at the Community Development Sections of the regional city offices in the five districts. Going forward, we will utilize it not only to improve operational efficiency during normal times but also to quickly grasp situations and establish a command structure during disasters, thereby building a resilient infrastructure management system that supports the safety and security of the ward residents.
### Overview of "KANNA" Implementation
- Implementation start date: April 1, 2026
- Implementation areas: Community Development Sections of the regional city offices in Shiba, Azabu, Akasaka, Takanawa, and Shibaura-Konan
- Main functions: Centralized project management, real-time chat, photo/material data management, visualization of progress
