Since its founding, Albion has valued providing value through careful one-on-one skin consultations and beauty experiences in stores. This new platform extends that approach, allowing customers to access services from the comfort of their homes.

The "ALBION Official Online Store" serves as a new point of contact for existing customers who have visited our stores, as well as for new customers who gather information and consider purchases online. It aims to help them discover Albion, deepen their understanding of the brand's value, and consider it as one of their choices.

Furthermore, even when opportunities to visit stores temporarily decrease due to life stage changes or other reasons, we aim to maintain connections with customers through online channels, fostering relationships and creating opportunities for them to return to our stores.

In addition, as an initiative to deepen customer relationships through digital experiences, we launched the membership program "ALBION Beauty Program" in January 2026.

About the Membership Program "ALBION Beauty Program"

The "ALBION Beauty Program" is a membership program where you earn points through shopping and brand experiences with ALBION, IGNIS, and Elégance, which can then be exchanged for products at stores. Points are also earned for actions such as purchases and member registration; in-store purchases earn 2% of the purchase amount (excluding tax), and official online store purchases earn 1%. Customers can check their purchase history and points on My Page, and members will receive the latest personalized information, including announcements and coupons.

New My Page Registration Bonus

Between now and Thursday, December 31, 2026, new My Page registrants will receive 100 points. *Valid once per customer.

Status

Membership status is determined by the annual purchase amount, and benefits corresponding to the status are provided, such as a 2x points coupon for Gold members and a 3x points coupon for Platinum members.

・Silver: Annual purchase amount less than 50,000 yen (excluding tax)

・Gold: Annual purchase amount from 50,000 yen to less than 150,000 yen (excluding tax)
