This Agreement was concluded as a result of AlbaLink's efforts to address dangerous "Specified Vacant Houses" within Sayo Town, aiming to further promote measures against vacant homes in the future.
Currently, vacant home countermeasures in local governments face significant challenges, including an increase in properties that have deteriorated and are difficult to register in vacant home banks, as well as the recent surge in demolition and removal costs. In Sayo Town, the policy is to present new options utilizing private sector expertise for vacant homes with low market liquidity, which have been difficult to resolve with administrative support alone. This partnership aims to prevent neglect and reduce the number of vacant homes as much as possible.
By combining the credibility of the local government with AlbaLink's specialized expertise in the circulation and utilization of difficult-to-handle real estate, we will shed light on neglected, challenging properties, contributing deeply to the creation of a safe town where citizens can live with peace of mind and the preservation of regional resources.
