For many, selling a vacant house is a rare life experience. Therefore, many people feel anxious when considering selling a house inherited or a family home that has become vacant.
This time, the 'Akiya Kaitoritai' (Vacant House Buying Corps) platform, operated by AlbaLink, surveyed 143 individuals experienced in selling vacant houses regarding what worried them most.

85.3% Reported Feeling Anxious Among those experienced in selling vacant houses, 85.3% reported having some level of anxiety, including 'very anxious' (38.5%) and 'somewhat anxious' (46.8%).
Top Concern: Selling Costs The number one anxiety was 'selling costs' (23.1%). Closely followed by 'validity of sale price' (21.0%) and 'possibility of not being able to sell' (20.3%).
