AlbaLink Signs Comprehensive Partnership Agreement with Tomioka Town, Fukushima Prefecture, to Promote Vacant House Distribution

AlbaLink Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Koto-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kenji Kawada; hereinafter "AlbaLink") formally signed a "Comprehensive Partnership Agreement on Promoting the Distribution of Vacant Houses, etc." (hereinafter "this Agreement") with Tomioka Town, Fukushima Prefecture, on Tuesday, June 9, 2026.

Background and Purpose of the Agreement

Tomioka Town, Fukushima Prefecture, is blessed with rich nature, including the "Yonomori Cherry Blossom Avenue," which creates a beautiful tunnel of cherry blossoms in the spring.

While the town is vigorously proceeding with reconstruction from the Great East Japan Earthquake of 2011, the increase and aging of vacant houses that have not been well-managed for a long period of time have become an urgent issue following the lifting of evacuation orders and the recovery of the resident population. In particular, there is an urgent need to address low-liquidity properties that are difficult to trade in the market. Moving forward, it is necessary to solve this issue by raising awareness among owners, expanding options, and actively promoting distribution and utilization.

Based on this situation, AlbaLink has signed this Agreement with the aim of resolving vacancy issues and promoting the preservation of the living environment in cooperation with Tomioka Town, leveraging AlbaLink's professional expertise in the distribution and utilization of high-difficulty real estate and its nationwide network.
