### Background and Purpose of the Agreement Tonosho Town, Chiba Prefecture, has developed as a rural community blessed with fertile land along the Tone River and rich pastoral scenery. However, in recent years, there has been a growing trend of poorly managed vacant houses. With few real estate agents in the town capable of handling consultations regarding vacant houses, establishing a support system has become an urgent priority. Moving forward, the town aims to resolve these issues by raising awareness among property owners, expanding their options, and actively promoting the distribution and utilization of low-liquidity properties that are typically difficult to trade on the open market.

In light of these circumstances, this agreement was established to promote the resolution of vacant house issues and the preservation of the living environment. This will be achieved through cooperation between Tonosho Town and AlbaLink, utilizing AlbaLink’s specialized expertise in the distribution and utilization of high-difficulty real estate and its nationwide network.
