AlbaLink Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Koto-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kenji Kawata; hereinafter "AlbaLink") has been designated as a "Vacant House Management and Utilization Support Corporation" by Tamano City, Okayama Prefecture, effective April 1, 2026.

This system aims to promote the proper management and utilization of vacant houses by Tamano City, by designating corporations with specialized knowledge and know-how as "Vacant House Management and Utilization Support Corporations" to advance vacant house countermeasures through public-private collaboration.

AlbaLink has, until now, supported the revitalization and distribution of aging and vacant properties across Japan. Taking this designation as an opportunity, we will collaborate with Tamano City to further promote the management and utilization of vacant houses in the region.

Duties as a Vacant House Management and Utilization Support Corporation

・ Desktop appraisal and purchase of properties difficult to distribute (consultation window support)

・ Contribution to property revitalization and regional economic activation

・ Holding seminars and events related to vacant house issues
