ACTIO Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Nihonbashi, Tokyo; President and COO: Naoto Onuma; hereinafter ACTIO), a comprehensive construction machinery rental company, exhibited at the "8th International Construction and Surveying Exhibition (CSPI 2026)" held at Makuhari Messe from Wednesday, June 17 to Saturday, June 20, 2026. The ACTIO booth attracted many visitors and was a great success every day.

This exhibition introduced many of ACTIO's latest rental machines and diverse solutions, with themes of DX in construction sites, improvement of site environments, and enhancement of operational efficiency. Actual machine displays and demonstrations garnered significant interest and positive feedback from industry professionals. In particular, practical products that solve site challenges, such as the "TawaRemo®" system for remote operation of tower cranes, the "Heavy Equipment Remote Operation System" for safe and efficient operation of distant heavy machinery, and the "Silent System" for quiet construction work, attracted attention. The ability to propose solutions that address social issues such as DX, efficiency, and environmental considerations received high praise from many visitors.

Furthermore, companies within the ACTIO Group, including SRS Co., Ltd. and SAKURAGAWA PUMP MFG. CO., LTD., also exhibited, providing an opportunity to showcase the group's comprehensive capabilities and broad responsiveness through product displays in various fields.

Labor-saving products supporting labor shortages

【TawaRemo®】 Jointly developed by Takenaka Corporation, Kajima Corporation, and ACTIO. This system enables remote operation of tower cranes. It reproduces the same operating environment as in the tower crane operator's cab on the ground.

【Remote Operation System x GX Construction Machinery】 ACTIO original product. This system allows for safe and efficient operation of heavy machinery located at a distance. Utilizing communication via Starlink Business, operators can achieve smooth operation while grasping the site situation in real-time from a remote location.

【Autonomous Cleaning Robot KEMARO K900】 An industrial autonomous cleaning robot that is active in site cleaning. By setting up mapping with laser sensors and scheduling with a computer, cleaning starts at the set time.

Products contributing to productivity improvement

【Sling Signal Wireless System】 By utilizing sXGP, a type of wireless network, it realizes low-latency, high-quality group calls via smartphones and wireless communication, fundamentally solving interference issues in urban areas.

【Rail-Road Backhoe Attachment G4-III】 Equipped with both the gripper function required for sleeper replacement and the 4-head tamper function, it can switch functions in approximately 2 minutes. Since there is no need to change attachments, work interruption time is significantly reduced.

【Silent System】 Tools and methods that solve noise problems at construction sites. It enables noise-suppressed construction in almost all renovation work processes, including "demolition/removal," "transportation," and "base/finishing."

Heatstroke countermeasures products protecting workers from harsh heat

【SUN GO COOL】 A large spot air conditioner that delivers cool air over long distances due to its special nozzle shape and high airflow design. It achieves high cooling effects by directly blowing "cool air" onto workers rather than the entire space.

【Blizzastar®J】 A commercial shaved ice machine that instantly turns water or juice in PET bottles into shaved ice. Its compact body can be installed anywhere and operates on standard 100V household power or portable power sources.

【Rei-ru~mu 3】 A tent-type rest area with air conditioning. It features an aluminum frame for ultra-lightweight and easy assembly. Furthermore, tents can be connected to freely adjust the space, allowing for flexible space creation according to usage.

ACTIO Kids Park Held

On the final day, June 20, in addition to the regular booth, the "ACTIO Kids Park," held for the first time last year, was also conducted this year. A variety of hands-on content was prepared to help children deepen their understanding of the construction industry while having fun.

Children were delighted with experiences that are usually difficult to have, such as "Ride a Heavy Machine and Take a Commemorative Photo" where they could touch real heavy machinery, "Remote Control Operation Experience of Autonomous Cleaning Robot," "Mini Mini Backhoe Candy Scoop," and "Dumper Race." The venue was filled with cheerful smiles throughout.

Approximately 5,300 people visited on the day, and the venue was a great success. The staff felt a great sense of accomplishment on a day when they saw children, who will be the future of the construction industry, participating with sparkling eyes and full concentration.
