Yamanashi Meijo Shichiken Opens Its First Accommodation Facility, 'Shukuba esoto'

Yamanashi Meijo Shichiken, a historic sake brewery, will open 'Shukuba esoto', an exclusive accommodation limited to one group per day, on June 1, 2026 in Hakushu. Renovated from a traditional residence built around 1907, the facility aims to share the region's brewing philosophy and natural blessings with global guests. The stay features a curated pairing of local cuisine and Shichiken's sake, a dedicated storehouse bath filled with pristine water, and exclusive tours to the brewery and water sources. Rates start at 78,000 JPY per person per night.
