(TSE Prime: 6794, hereinafter "Foster Electric" or "the Company") has today announced the nomination of Yasuto Kadota, our CEO & CIO, as a candidate for outside director, following constructive dialogue with Foster Electric.

Since commencing the acquisition of Foster Electric shares, Axium Capital has focused on the company's sustainable growth potential and room for operational improvement and capital efficiency enhancement. We have continued in-depth dialogue with Foster Electric's management on the theme of improving corporate and shareholder value. As a result, it was confirmed that our stance on initiatives for mid-to-long-term corporate value enhancement aligns with Foster Electric's management. An agreement was reached that incorporating Mr. Kadota's extensive knowledge in management and finance, as well as global capital markets and M&A, into the board of directors would contribute to further enhancing Foster Electric's corporate and shareholder value.
