Aisometry Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Hiroyuki Matsushima) and Aizu General Holdings Co., Ltd. announced that they have received the 'Regional Award' in the category of 'Social Problem-Solving AI Agent Development Using Domestic Foundational Models' at 'GENIAC-PRIZE,' led by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO). Their project, titled 'Automatic Feedback Agent for Customer Support,' proposed and demonstrated an initiative to efficiently deploy customer response excellence across franchise stores using AI agents.

[About GENIAC-PRIZE] GENIAC-PRIZE is a prize-based program launched to strengthen Japan's generative AI development capabilities and accelerate social implementation. As one of Japan's largest AI competitions with a total prize pool of approximately 800 million yen, it has garnered significant attention. Winners were selected from over 200 applications during the final screening and award ceremony on March 24, 2026.

[Proposal and Achievements] Proposal Title: Creating a Self-Sustaining Customer Service Culture via AI Agents. Aizu General Holdings, established in 1955, operates 40 stores with 350 employees. Their 'Smile Flow Project,' started three years ago, collected 3,000 'thank you' voices from customers. However, much of the 'excellent service' remained as tacit knowledge scattered at various sites, making it difficult for management to analyze and share company-wide. To solve this, Aisometry developed a system combining an 'AI Agent' that learned 78 items of the company's management philosophy with a 'stuffed animal-type IoT device' to collect audio. As a result, processing that previously took significant time was completed in just tens of seconds, drastically reducing management feedback man-hours and achieving a 100% feedback implementation rate.

[Representative Comments] Toru Kibushi, Deputy Manager of Digital Strategy, Aizu General Holdings: 'For a regional SME like us to receive such an honor is significant for AI's social implementation. We can now evaluate and share the wonderful hospitality of our staff, which was previously hard to visualize.' Hiroyuki Matsushima, CEO of Aisometry: 'We are honored. This project goes beyond simple AI implementation; it integrates the company's philosophy into an AI agent to solve gritty operational challenges. We will continue to provide end-to-end implementation services that deliver business results through AI x DX.'
