airweave Opens New Logistics Hub in Koriyama, Fukushima: Enhancing Delivery Speed and Sustainability

airweave inc. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Chairman and President: Motokuni Takaoka) has established the 'airweave inc. East Japan Delivery Center' as a new logistics base in Koriyama, Fukushima, starting operations on Wednesday, June 3, 2026.

### Purpose of Establishment
Following the opening of the West Japan Delivery Center in Ichinomiya, Aichi, in 2023, airweave is now expanding its logistics capacity in East Japan. By utilizing Yamato Transport's logistics solutions at the new center, airweave will consolidate storage and shipping functions, allowing its own production facilities to focus on manufacturing and productivity improvements. Particularly for areas north of Kanto, shipping from a closer hub will significantly shorten lead times from order to delivery. Furthermore, the company aims to reduce logistics costs by improving long-haul transportation and complex routes.

### Features of the East Japan Delivery Center
The center is located within Yamato Transport's 'Koriyama Logistics Solution Center' in Koriyama, Fukushima, spanning approximately 1,400 tsubo (4,620 sqm). It is strategically positioned at the intersection of the Tohoku and Ban-etsu Expressways, offering excellent access to the airweave Fukushima factory (approx. 70km) and Tokyo (250km).

The facility is equipped with eco-friendly systems, including solar power generation and storage batteries, aiming to cover its electricity consumption with renewable energy. Moving forward, the dual-hub system in East and West Japan will ensure a stable supply chain and enhanced customer satisfaction through swift and reliable delivery services.
