Fully Invited-Only Executive Community "Airtrip CXO Salon" Implements Second Service Enhancement Following April's Update

(Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Koji Yano) has implemented the second round of service improvements for its fully invited-only executive community, "Airtrip CXO Salon," following the first update in April. The Company will continue ongoing service enhancements to further increase satisfaction among paid members.

Service Improvement Details

1. Enhanced Matching Accuracy

・Distribution of Data-Based Attendee Lists Prior to Events

To support efficient networking during regular meetings, we distribute data-based attendee lists the day before each event. Members are encouraged to use this information to identify individuals they would like to speak with during the event. (Available exclusively to Gold Plan and higher-tier paid members)

・Creation of Individualized Matching Opportunities

For members seeking personalized introductions or business meetings, we now offer appointment brokerage services. After conducting detailed interviews to understand individual needs, we facilitate optimal business matchmaking. (Available exclusively to Diamond Plan paid members)

2. Launch of Practical Events Addressing Diverse Management Challenges and Needs

We have launched "Airtrip CXO College," a series of practical workshops tailored for members of the Airtrip CXO Salon.

We have received feedback from paid members on a wide range of management challenges and needs, including strategic planning, finance, legal affairs, and regional revitalization. In response, we are expanding beyond our previous regular meeting topics—such as IPOs, M&A, fundraising, securities firms and audit firms, and policy advocacy—to include multidisciplinary workshops directly addressing these member-identified challenges. By inviting top leaders and renowned CXOs (executive officers) from various industries, we deliver actionable knowledge and practical know-how that can be immediately applied to drive business growth.

3. Improvements to Dining Experience at Regular Meetings

We will regularly review and enhance the meal offerings at our regular meetings to support enjoyable networking.

We have expanded menu variety to enrich the dining experience. Among the two monthly regular meetings, the second-week themed meeting will be served in a buffet format, while the fourth-week standard meeting will feature shared platters per table.

Additionally, we will offer a diverse selection of Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine across all regular meetings.

4. Strengthened Promotion of Trouble Hotline

We continue to actively promote awareness of our existing dedicated feedback and complaint channel, the "Airtrip CXO Salon Trouble Hotline," through regular meetings and other channels. We remain committed to sincerely addressing all feedback to continuously improve service quality.

About the Fully Invited-Only Executive Community "Airtrip CXO Salon"

Airtrip CXO Salon is an exclusive, invitation-only executive community operated by Airtrip Group’s listed companies and companies preparing for listing. As a gathering place for corporate executives, it hosts regular meetings, study sessions, the large-scale venture event "Airtrip Fes" (attended by around 2,000 people), and the "Airtrip Listed Company Salon" (attended by over 100 CEOs of listed companies), fostering valuable business connections.

The Airtrip CXO Salon has newly launched the following complimentary services for paid members: "Airtrip Listed Company Salon," "Airtrip IPO, M&A & Fundraising Salon," "Airtrip Securities & Audit Firm Salon," "Airtrip Policy Advocacy Salon," "Airtrip CXO College," "Choi-Nomi Networking Events," "Gochi no Kai," and "Airtrip CXO Salon Monthly Chinese Festival!" In response to growing membership, starting October 2025, Tokyo-based regular meetings will expand from once to twice per month. These include two Tokyo regular meetings per month (one standard and one themed), one Choi-Nomi event, one Gochi no Kai, and one Chinese Festival event—ensuring at least one free event per week.

Additionally, leveraging Airtrip Group’s network, regional regular meetings are held semi-annually in Sapporo, Nagoya, Osaka, Fukuoka, and Okinawa.

Going forward, by leveraging Airtrip Group’s assets and meticulous operational approach, we aim to build a uniquely high-satisfaction executive community that cannot be replicated by others, targeting 1,000 paid member companies.
