Airbnb Japan Becomes Official Partner for Gamba Osaka's 2026/27 Season

● Airbnb Japan will become an Official Partner (Bronze Partner) for Gamba Osaka's 2026/27 season.

● To commemorate the official sponsorship agreement, a lodging campaign for Gamba Osaka supporters, "Stay at Airbnb and Cheer for Gamba Osaka! Campaign," will begin today.

Airbnb Japan, Inc. (hereinafter "Airbnb Japan"), the Japanese subsidiary of Airbnb, Inc. (Headquarters: San Francisco, California, USA; hereinafter "Airbnb"), announced today that it has signed an official partner (Bronze Partner) agreement with Gamba Osaka Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Gamba Osaka") for the 2026/27 season.

Airbnb offers a wide variety of accommodations (listings) in over 220 countries and regions worldwide, including Japan. Gamba Osaka is a leading Japanese soccer club, boasting approximately 570,000 annual home game spectators (an average of about 30,000 per game, ranking 4th in the J.League) and having won 10 major titles. This partnership was formed due to the high compatibility between Gamba Osaka supporters' travel style – traveling for away games, gathering with friends around stadiums in various regions, and enjoying the local area both before and after matches – and Airbnb's offerings.

Period: Reservations and stays from July 1, 2026 (Wed) to October 11, 2026 (Fri) (J.League official matches begin August 7)

Campaign Details:

This campaign will be conducted in collaboration with V Point Marketing Co., Ltd., an official partner of Gamba Osaka. All customers who enter through the special landing page on Airbnb navi operated by V Point Marketing, complete the V Point usage procedure (ID linkage), and book and complete a stay of 10,000 yen or more on Airbnb during the campaign period for purposes such as watching soccer matches, will have their V Point accrual rate increased from the usual 0.5%*1 to 2.5%. Additionally, there will be a chance to win the following luxurious prizes through a lottery:
