SNS monitoring tool 'Oreo' adds new AI features, now supports YouTube comment monitoring

AIQVE ONE Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Taro Yamazaki), a company specializing in software quality assurance and entertainment/AI solution development, has launched 'AI+', a new feature for its social media monitoring tool 'Oreo' that automatically analyzes collected posts. Additionally, the tool now supports comment monitoring for the video platform YouTube. To commemorate this, a 'Summer Campaign' is being held starting today, allowing users to use the new features for free for one month.

AI understands the 'context' of posts, significantly reducing oversight of critical viral risks.

Conventional Oreo classified posts based on pre-set keyword lists. However, this often led to issues such as including posts that matched keywords but were contextually irrelevant, or conversely, missing critical bug reports due to keyword gaps.

The new 'AI+' plan analyzes social media posts in real-time, automatically determining emotion, user issues, and response priority based on context. This allows for the detection of 'contextually significant posts' that couldn't be distinguished by keyword matching alone, extracting critical viral risks and major bugs with high precision while reducing noise.

Three major updates to the 'AI+' analysis feature:

1. Visualizing emotions and issues through 'Advanced AI Analysis' that reads context.
- Emotion Analysis: Classifies posts as positive, negative, neutral, or mixed. It further quantifies 'tones' such as annoyance, anger, joy, disappointment, or expectation, along with an intensity 'score'.
- Issue Detection: Automatically extracts system defects such as bugs or crashes, performance degradation, and UI/UX issues, evaluating severity on a 5-point scale.
- Response Priority: Classifies the poster's primary intent (complaints, bug reports, questions, requests, etc.) and prioritizes them based on a 3-point response necessity scale.

2. AI summarizes analysis results and supports report creation.
It automatically creates reports for specified periods based on analysis results like sentiment ratios, dramatically streamlining internal reporting by eliminating manual data aggregation.

3. Breaking the limits of 'keyword monitoring'. No settings required; AI automatically judges important posts.
The complex creation of keyword lists, previously mandatory, is no longer needed. Since the AI directly understands context to sort posts, users can start advanced monitoring from day one.

Integrated management of video feedback: YouTube comment monitoring support.

In addition to the existing X, Discord, Steam, and Reddit, monitoring for YouTube comments is now supported. Massive user feedback and bug reports from video comment sections are automatically imported into Oreo and subjected to the same advanced AI analysis. This allows for integrated monitoring of 'real voices from fans' across multiple media through a single Oreo dashboard.
