We are pleased to announce that our corporate group has revised its corporate philosophy system, the 'New Ain Declaration,' and established a new brand promise for the Ain Group.

Since its formulation in 2012, we have welcomed many new colleagues. In March 2025, we announced our mid-to-long-term vision, 'Ambitious Goals 2034,' which aims for net sales of 1 trillion yen by the fiscal year ending April 2034, marking a turning point toward a new stage. On the occasion of this milestone, we have decided to reorganize our philosophy system and revise the 'New Ain Declaration' so that the entire group can unite and provide the unique value that only our group can offer.

Under this new philosophy system, we aim to realize our brand promise, 'Glad to have Ain in this town,' and strive to be a corporate group that is chosen and trusted by local communities.

■ New Ain Declaration This is the collective term for the Ain Group's philosophy system, which indicates the group's challenge goals and behavioral guidelines.

### ・Group Statement This is a statement that concisely summarizes the Ain Group's reason for being and its unique principles of activity. It represents the foundational mindset of the Ain Group: 'Only when there is an environment where we can work with peace of mind from the bottom of our hearts and take on challenges, can we truly devote our efforts to patients and customers.'

### ・Group Value This is the core of values and expected behaviors that all Ain Group employees should share in order to put the Group Statement into practice.

We have reorganized the value provided by each brand in our group—including the pharmacy business centered around Ain Pharmacies, AINZ&TULPE, AYURA, Francfranc, and our retail shops. To realize these values, we have established three core values as our Group Value to serve as the foundation for our actions.

- To always remain sincere to our stakeholders, including patients and customers. - To be a group that stays close to the feelings of our stakeholders, empathizes with them, uses imagination, and can take on challenges without fear of failure.

We will share and embody these values among all employees.
