・"Wasteful Points Lost" Due to Complex Scoring Criteria: CDP's scoring method is complex; if even one of the "essential criteria" set across multiple questions is not met, a score above a certain level cannot be obtained. In reality, cases where overlooking detailed evaluation criteria lead to lost points, and cases where responses are submitted without a fundamental understanding of CDP's requirements, are frequent.

・Analog Information Aggregation and Significant Workload: In many companies, response tasks spanning multiple departments are siloed. ・Presentation of Question Objectives and "Answer Tips": The AI summarizes CDP's expectations and intentions, which cannot be discerned from the questions alone, and provides specific approaches for achieving high scores, such as "explaining the reason is important even when there is no risk." It also prevents omissions of essential criteria and guides companies toward "answers that are correctly and maximally evaluated" for their initiatives.

2. Management Functions to Maximize Operational Efficiency by Moving Beyond Excel Management

・Visualization of Progress: Assignees are linked to each question, and progress is visualized on a dashboard. The comment function allows for reviews and reference materials to be left, preventing knowledge silos and enabling the transfer of expertise even when personnel change.

・Knowledge Inheritance and Prevention of Transcription Errors: Last year's response content can be reflected in the editing editor with a single click. In the future, we aim to directly link with CDP's response system via API, eliminating the waste of Excel aggregation and the risk of score reduction due to transcription errors.
