Background and Purpose of Appointment

The Company positions the strengthening of corporate governance as a critical management issue for sustainable growth and the enhancement of corporate value over the medium to long term.

By welcoming Mr. Takashi Takahashi, co-founder of BrainPad Inc., a leading company in the AI and data utilization field, who led the company as Representative Director and achieved listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers in September 2011 and a market change to the Tokyo Stock Exchange First Section in 2013, we will promote the construction of management plans reverse-engineered from our destination and further enhance our decision-making system.

Additionally, we aim to strengthen the execution of our growth strategy and improve management transparency, thereby achieving sustained enhancement of corporate value.

(now Oracle Corporation Japan) ・Participated in the founding of FreeBit.com Co., Ltd. (now FreeBit Co., Ltd.) ・March 2004: Co-founded BrainPad Inc. Led the company as Representative Director and achieved listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers in September 2011, and a market change to the Tokyo Stock Exchange First Section in July 2013. ・July 2023: Appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of the same company (currently retired) ・January 2026: Appointed Representative Director of Synesthesia Lab Inc.
