We are welcoming Mr. Takafumi Takahashi as an Outside Director. As the co-founder of BrainPad Inc., a leading company in the AI and data utilization field, he led the company as Representative Director and President, achieving a listing on TSE Mothers in September 2011 and a transition to the TSE First Section in 2013. With his participation, we will promote the formulation of management plans backward-calculated from our goals and further sophisticate our decision-making structure.
In addition, we aim to strengthen our ability to execute growth strategies and improve management transparency, thereby achieving sustainable enhancement of our corporate value.
