In recent years, due to population outflow and the progression of the declining birthrate and aging population, securing human resources for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Ibaraki Prefecture has become increasingly difficult. Especially in new graduate recruitment, competition with companies in the Tokyo metropolitan area has intensified due to year-round hiring and earlier selection processes. Additionally, with the generalization of job changes, job seekers are increasingly seeking better conditions. Under these circumstances, companies are required not only to improve treatment and working environments but also to effectively communicate their attractiveness through information dissemination.
AIDEM has been commissioned for the 'Reiwa 8th Year Ibaraki Prefecture Corporate Recruitment Enhancement Support Project' and will support companies in Ibaraki Prefecture to respond to changes in the recruitment market and secure necessary personnel through consecutive seminars and practical support.
