AIdea Holdings Announces Appointment of Outside Director and Outside Auditor

AIdea Holdings Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Katsuki Umeno) announces that, in order to strengthen its management structure and corporate governance, it has appointed Takafumi Goto as Outside Director and Yumiko Daigen as Outside Auditor, effective April 28, 2026.

Taking the opportunity of changing its trade name to "AIdea Holdings Inc.," the company is accelerating its business expansion driven by technology. In line with this rapid business growth, we recognize the urgent need to improve management transparency and elevate corporate governance.

Accordingly, we have appointed Takafumi Goto, who has extensive experience in US-Japan corporate legal affairs and capital policies, and Yumiko Daigen, who possesses deep expertise in finance, ESG, and sustainability disclosure. By incorporating their specialized perspectives into our management, we aim to build a rock-solid management foundation and continuously enhance corporate value.

Takafumi Goto

Completed his studies at the University of Tokyo Graduate Schools for Law and Politics and New York University School of Law (LL.M.). After practicing at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett (NY), he became a partner at Mori Hamada & Matsumoto. He is a qualified attorney well-versed in capital market transactions such as IPOs and going-private deals, as well as capital policies and M&A. He supports growth strategies from a legal perspective.

Outside Auditor / Certified Public Accountant

Yumiko Daigen

Graduated from Doshisha University Faculty of Commerce. At Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC, she was engaged in financial institution audits, sustainability information disclosure, and European CSRD/ESRS compliance support. After becoming independent in 2024, she joined AVILEN Inc. as a full-time auditor. She also supports the development of non-financial KPIs, ESG scoring, and integrated reporting, contributing to governance enhancement and mid-to-long-term corporate value improvement from both financial and non-financial perspectives.
