Day 1: AI Agents x Business Design. Leveraging AI Agents to Transform Tacit Knowledge into Workflow Assets
The first day will delve into advanced case studies from the perspective of AI agents and business design. How was the tacit knowledge of experienced on-site personnel converted into workflow assets? How were the four layers of context (prerequisite knowledge, instructions, memory, and search information) organized at the corporate level? We will unravel the blueprint for a "system" that does not depend on individual prompt skills, based on real-world examples.
Day 2: The Frontline of Organizational Redesign. Strategies for Establishing AI as the New OS of an Organization by Redesigning Evaluation Systems, Job Definitions, and Culture
The second day will feature case studies where management, HR, and on-site teams worked together to redesign AI-based evaluation systems and job definitions, design ROI, and implement cultural updates through change management. We will discuss strategies for completing the final stage of DX, drawing from the practical knowledge of companies that have successfully integrated AI agents as the new foundation (OS) of their organizations.
