Growing Interest in AI Agent Implementation Talent: AICX Certified AI Agent Strategist Textbook Surpasses 700 Units in First Week

The AICX Association (AI Customer Experience Consortium) announced that the official textbook for the 'AI Agent Strategist' certification, designed to qualify personnel for corporate AI agent implementation, has surpassed 700 units sold within the first week of release.

Simultaneously, inquiries regarding corporate group examinations for this certification have exceeded 100 companies. The AICX Association interprets this growth in sales and corporate interest as a clear sign that AI agent adoption is shifting from simple 'introduction' to 'implementation and integration.'

While the use of AI tools is expanding, corporate frontline teams are facing challenges such as workflow design, organizational integration, and explaining return on investment. Beyond individual learning needs, there is a rising interest within corporations for developing talent capable of implementing and sustaining AI agents.

■ About the AI Agent Strategist Certification
This certification, specialized in corporate AI agent implementation, is the first of its kind in Japan according to AICX Association research. It evaluates knowledge and practical capabilities needed to implement and integrate AI agents within a company from the perspectives of workflow and organizational design, rather than treating them merely as tools.

Under the concept 'For those designing the future of AI agents, teams, and organizations,' the AICX Association positions this qualification as a talent benchmark to advance corporate AI utilization from individual use to organizational implementation. Since opening the waiting list in February 2026, the number of registrants exceeded 2,300 in about three months, and strong interest from both individuals and corporations continues after the start of applications for the first exam.

The official textbook systematically organizes essential practical knowledge from three perspectives: AI agents, workflow design, and organizational design. It covers topics such as business analysis, use case selection, workflow design, Human-in-the-Loop, governance, KPI design, change management, and project execution.

The textbook consists of over 400 pages, featuring more than 200 illustrations, practical worksheets, and over 10 case studies. The current sales volume reflects the growing demand for learning how to translate AI agent potential into real-world business results, rather than treating it as a passing trend.

Inquiries regarding corporate group examinations have exceeded 100, including consultations on group testing, internal recommended qualifications, and integration with training for AI promoters.

The AICX Association hosts free online seminars introducing the certification system, exam overview, textbooks, and corporate group exam policies. These sessions are open to individuals considering taking the exam as well as corporate representatives planning internal AI talent development.
