The General Incorporated Association AICX (Tokyo, Representative Directors: Shin Oguri / Kensuke Ozawa, hereinafter, AICX Association) is pleased to announce that Shinmei Kogyo Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture, Representative Director and President: Yasuhiro Kondo) has newly joined the association, resonating with its activities to promote the social implementation of AI agents and optimize customer experience.

■ About AICX Association Activities

The AICX Association, with its mission of "Transcending Divisions, Transforming Experiences," aims to realize new customer experiences where humans and AI co-create through the social implementation of AI agents.

The association's activities are broadly composed of three areas:

01 Learn

Provides opportunities to learn the latest knowledge and practical examples related to AI agents through study sessions "AICX Forum" and workshops. A continuous learning environment is maintained through archive distribution.

02 Interact

Offers networking opportunities between companies and experts, including "AI Agent Day," one of Japan's largest conferences on AI agents, and offline exchange meetings exclusively for members.

03 Co-create

Member companies take the lead in planning and operating workshops and committees, promoting demonstrations and guideline creation for the social implementation of AI agents.

Through these three initiatives, the AICX Association forms a co-creation ecosystem that transcends industries, organizations, and positions, supporting the development of an AI agent society in Japan.

Through our participation in the AICX Association, we aim to share practical knowledge and operational know-how regarding the utilization of AI agents in the manufacturing industry with other members, and to engage in value creation that transcends industry boundaries.

The General Incorporated Association AICX (AI Customer Experience Consortium) is an industry organization established with the mission of "Transcending Divisions, Transforming Experiences" to promote the social implementation of AI agents. It conducts various activities in research, dissemination, and practice to evolve the nature of customer touchpoints utilizing AI agents and realize better customer experiences.

• Provision of educational and training programs to promote practical application of generative AI technology
