[FY2025 Achievement Report] AiCAN, Supporting Child Abuse Response, Expands to 58 Locations in National Municipalities

2. Feedback from introduced municipalities
In satisfaction surveys and interviews conducted in FY2025, we received high evaluations for both the changes in operations brought about by the tool and our dedicated hands-on support.
"I often felt nervous and lacked confidence in my own responses, but having a tablet made me feel secure that I could consult my supervisor at any time, leading to psychological safety."
"As a manager, I can grasp the movements of staff in real-time during protective orders, etc., which means we no longer necessarily have to dispatch experienced staff skilled in on-site judgment."
"The initial setup explanation was thorough, allowing us to start with confidence."
3. Events and Communities for municipal staff
Webinar held (4 times)
We shared concrete examples of DX and AI utilization in Child Guidance Centers and Children and Family Support Centers, considering national trends, which received great feedback.
Information exchange meetings held (3 times / in-person and online)
We provided a platform for staff across municipalities to discuss successful cases and challenges based on themes. We received feedback such as "I gained hints for problem-solving by learning about the efforts of other municipalities."
Exhibition booth (Children Tech Tohoku/Kansai)
We exhibited to provide an opportunity for municipalities outside the Kanto region to widely experience AiCAN. We listened to their problems and proposed solutions unique to AiCAN's functions.
4. Academic presentations and participation
Participation in the 31st Annual Meeting of the Japan Society for the Prevention of Child Abuse
We introduced AiCAN's demo experience and case studies, broadly disseminating our initiatives. Four of our employees gave presentations.
Participation in the 43rd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Psychosomatic Medicine for Children
Our representative, Takaoka, gave a presentation in a public recruitment project.
Participation in the 28th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Community Psychology Association
Our employee gave a presentation and received the Excellent Presentation Award (Poster Presentation Category).
Participation in the 16th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Child Abuse Medicine
Two of our employees participated and later shared information internally.
Our employee completed "Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner-Japan (SANE / Nurse for Sexual Violence Response)" training.

Outlook for the current fiscal year (FY2026)
For FY2026, new introductions have already been decided in several municipalities.
This fiscal year, we will improve the product with a focus on strengthening the foundational functions as a business system. Additionally, reflecting the feedback received from the field through last year's "Information Exchange Meetings" and "Hands-on Support," we will steadily proceed with function enhancements to make it even easier to use and to support specialized judgments.
