General Incorporated Association for Educational AI Utilization to Hold Study Session for Educators: Designing Generative AI Guidelines for High Schools – From Fixed Rules to 'Design That Follows Evolution'

The General Incorporated Association for Educational AI Utilization (Location: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yuta Sato) will hold an online study session for educators on Thursday, April 30, 2026, titled "A Real-World Case Study – Designing Generative AI Guidelines for a High School – From Fixed Rules to 'Design That Follows Evolution'."

While taking the generative AI guidelines presented by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology as a starting point, simply applying them is not sufficient in a rapidly evolving AI environment. This study session will specifically explain the design philosophy of "what to fix as a principle and where to operate flexibly," based on the guideline formulation process being advanced at an actual high school.

We will present how to create guidelines that focus on the essence of learning quality, evaluation, ethics, and transparency, rather than just the permissibility of AI use, and share how to design for sustainable operation in school settings.
